Bird-a-thon is Denver Audubon’s annual fun-raiser and birding extravaganza! Whether you're chasing rare warblers, keeping a casual list from your backyard, or simply looking for a great excuse to go birding with friends, Bird-a-thon is for everyone.
Each May, bird lovers across Colorado come together for a month-long celebration of birds, nature, and community. While fundraising helps power Denver Audubon’s education and conservation programs, the true heart of Bird-a-thon is participation, discovery, and joy in the natural world.
The only real requirement? Get outside, notice the birds around you, and have fun.
